The cd can be shared by multiple users. You can put it on your server or copy it to multiple computers. This allows you to have a number of marketing campaigns in process at the same time. Read the licensing agreement for restrictions.

Use the CD to load into a predictive dialer to launch a phone campaign.

Look in the printed book for listings with a (*) in the upper left hand corner. These listings are new to this years edition.

The codes in the front of the book are valuable to your target marketing. They contain information on company size and will narrow your target marketing to ideal prospects for your particular business.

Question: Why do I sign a license agreement when I purchase a CD?

Answer: The license agreement prevents our information from being duplicated which protects your investment.

Question: Why is the CD price higher than the print edition?

Answer: The CD is much better to use. It can be imported into any database that has import functions. You can even load it into a predictive dialer for targeted phone campaigns.

Question: If I purchased a directory but now want the CD, can I upgrade?

Answer: Yes, there is even a discount available to you.

Question: How often is your information updated?

Answer: We update each book annually at print date. The CD is updated twice more during the year.

Question: How does the directory review period work?

Answer: Once you receive the directory, you get a 30 day review period to examine it to see if it meets your needs. If you need a different book, we will gladly help. Before your review period is up, simply return the book in good condition or send your payment with your invoice.

Question: Is there only one directory for my use?

Answer: No! If you are in the hospitality business there are four that might fit your needs. If you are in the apparel or gift business there are several that may be useful. Please look at our selection on this site for further information.

Question: What will occur if a directory is returned after the thirty day trial period?

Answer: The directory will be reshipped back to the buyer as it is now considered a purchase.
