The Salesman's Guide Directory Return Policy

Purpose:

To Establish return guidelines for directory buyers.

Outside/Inside Return Policy:

DPLLC directory products sold are subject to the following policy:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of date of invoice.
  2. Item(s) must be returned in "purchased condition". There can be no damage to the cover, spine or any internal pages.
  3. Customized and electronic products, including CD-ROMs, list rentals and mailing labels, may not be returned.
  4. When returning a product, the customer will return the product with a copy of the original invoice inside of the packaging so that full credit can be issued for the return of the product.

If the return occurs within the (30) days and the directory is in such condition that it may be resold as new. Then the return will be accepted and the customer's account will be credited for the amount invoiced. DPLLC is however not responsible for the shipping charges of the returned product.

If the return occurs after the (30) days, or if the directory is not in such condition that it may be resold as new. Then the return will not be accepted. The Fulfillment Department will notify the customer in writing as to the reason why the return could not be processed, and that the customer is obligated to pay the invoice amount in full. The item can be sent back to the customer, but only at the customer's expense.

All exceptions to the policy must be approved in writing by the Inside Sales Supervisor, Publisher, Customer Service Manager or Controller. This Policy does not apply to any Distributors.
